Multipitch Twin Rotor Compressor Pump

PDC was asked to to accept some work in order to prove that there was the manufacturing ability to machine a complex multipitch twin rotor compressor pump which also involved B axis machining. This study highlighted a complex issue in resolving a 3D CAD model into CAM. Pilot Drilling Control overcame the issue and informed the client of the amount of difficulty that existed in translating their drawings into machine code.
