Accurate machining on several axes was required by a automated wrapping machine client. Again specialist materials had to be used and we optimised the manufacture to reduce the process from 30 operations to 2, hence reducing cycle time and therefore cost. It is always our aim to reduce the total cycle time of a job to a bare minimum, using custom made jigs and fixtures where suitable, be it for production of one or one thousand.
